Learn from someone who needed convincing.

I was the president of the sceptics society. When I first came across EFT, my honest reaction was: how is tapping on your face going to ease a craving or help someone process trauma? Even after my first training I wasn't convinced, and I definitely didn't feel confident using it. So I went deep into the research.

It was the real-world experience that changed everything. Every case study client said some version of the same thing: "EFT actually worked." That's when it clicked. Not only that EFT works, but how much depends on applying it properly.

I'm now an integrative therapist, an advanced EFT practitioner and an EFT International Trainer. This is the training I wish I'd had at the start.

This isn't a course where you "learn tapping".

Foundations and core skills. What EFT is, how it relates to the nervous system and stress response, and how to deliver Basic EFT using a person's exact words.
What social media doesn't teach. Specificity, aspects, the tabletop and legs model, the generalisation effect, and what to do when EFT doesn't seem to work.

Real issues, and trauma gently. Physical pain, cravings and habits, anxiety and stress, plus trauma techniques for working through difficult memories without overwhelm.
Safety, and beyond one-to-one. Window of tolerance and regulation-first techniques, then tapping with groups, with children, and surrogate tapping.

After three days, you'll be able to:

You use EFT on your own stress, cravings and triggers, and know what to do when it stalls.
You sit with another person and guide a session without reaching for a script.
You explain EFT to a sceptical client, colleague or manager without feeling awkward.
You recognise when to slow down, with a gentler technique ready, and bring a body-based tool into the work you already do.

  • Do I need any experience?
    No. Therapists, counsellors and coaches take this to add to their existing skills, and complete beginners take it to learn EFT for themselves.
  • Will I be certified at the end?
    You'll have completed Level 1 & 2 and will receive a certificate of completion. Becoming a Certified Accredited EFT Practitioner with EFT International also requires mentoring, case studies, 50 practice sessions and an exam. These are covered by the additional certification programme, which is separate from this training.
  • What if I can't make a date?
    All live hours must be attended. If an emergency comes up, we can agree for you to make up the session with a later cohort, within 12 months and subject to space.
  • Is it live or pre-recorded?
    It's live. Every session is taught live by me on Zoom and is fully interactive, with practice in pairs and small groups. You also get a private portal with pre-recorded introduction and pre-reading modules, plus the recordings of your own sessions to go back to.

That's £155 a day for three full days of live, small-group training, with every recording included.

A small number of bursary places are offered on each cohort. Early bird pricing always ends one month before the start date.


Included: your training portal

Many trainings end when the Zoom call does. This one doesn't. You get access to a private online portal for your cohort, with:

  • The recording of every session from your own training.
  • A short write-up for each lesson, so you can find what you need without rewatching hours of video.
  • Your introduction and pre-reading modules, ready before day one.

You can go back to it whenever you want, whether you carry on to certification or not. Your access lasts for two years after your training.

8 places. That's it.

I keep every cohort to 8 so that everyone gets watched, supported and given feedback. When the places are gone, the next chance is the following cohort.

One more thing: certification

If you already know you want to become a certified practitioner, you'll be offered my EFT International Accredited Practitioner Certification at a one-time discounted rate, straight after you book your training. That offer only appears once.

There's no pressure to decide now. You can choose to start certification up to one year after the course finishes at the standard price, and plenty of people take Level 1 & 2 for their own use and stop there.

All live hours must be attended. You can cancel for a full refund within 14 days of booking, as long as your training hasn't started. After that there are no refunds.

Please note: This course combines EFT Level 1 and 2 and all three days must be attended. Attendance doesn't automatically give certification status. To become a Certified Accredited EFT Practitioner with EFT International, participants need to complete mentoring, case studies and 50 session notes, among other requirements, which are covered in the certification programme.
